Annette built her career at Medtronic, Inc. as a business and marketing leader, fostering partnerships between executives and physician leaders to advance the company's neuromodulation therapies. Since retiring, Annette has joined Angel Barnett and her team, providing organizational guidance and administrative support for The Dream Institute.
Kathleen Winn is a dedicated advocate for her community, with deep roots in Arizona since arriving in 1976 at the age of 17. As the oldest of three sisters, Kathleen's early experiences shaped her strong sense of responsibility. She is married to Albert Winn, a former Vice President of Boeing’s Apache Attack Helicopter Program, and together they have raised seven children and now enjoy being grandparents to 14. Kathleen graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communications and worked as a television reporter in Tucson before transitioning into marketing, advertising, and eventually real estate. Over the course of 27 years, she built a successful career in banking, lending, and real estate, always driven by a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to her community. Kathleen believes in upholding the Constitution, enforcing laws, and applying commonsense solutions to challenges facing Southern Arizona and beyond.
Mike Ingram is the founder of El Dorado Holdings, Inc., a company he launched in 1987, transforming it from a single escrow property, John Wayne's El Dorado Ranch, into a vast and resilient network of land holdings and investments. Prior to this, Ingram led Tufts & Sons of Oklahoma to $100 million in annual sales before the oil crisis in Texas and Oklahoma necessitated a fresh start. His journey to success was deeply influenced by a strong work ethic, instilled at a young age when his father passed away, leaving him to support his family by working multiple jobs.
Ingram graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in science, earning national honors in Alpha Zeta, all while working his way through school. Beyond his business ventures, Ingram is deeply involved in philanthropic and civic causes. He serves on the boards of organizations such as the Arizona Commerce Authority, Barrow Neurological Foundation, and the Translational Genomics Research Institute, among others. In addition to being a part-owner of the Arizona Diamondbacks, he is actively engaged in ministries like Pinnacle Forum, Focus on the Family, and Campus Crusade for Christ, reflecting his commitment to giving back to both his community and his country.
Tim founded Gonyea Homes in 1987, establishing it as a leading custom home builder in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. He is also the owner of Scandia Custom Cabinets. Recently retired from Gonyea Homes, Tim now dedicates his time to leading The Dream Institute, focusing on its business ventures and building expansion projects.
Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Michael Scott has produced more than 50 movies including box office hits such as God's Not Dead, The Case for Christ, and Redeeming Love. He founded and grew Pinnacle Peak Pictures into the country's prominent Christian entertainment production, acquisition, and distribution company. Scott additionally uses his talents and expertise to nurture faith-driven causes such as The Dream Institute.
Experienced nonprofit and corporate leader passionate about aligning mission, culture, and strategy to help organizations and people thrive. Doug Chase brings a unique blend of Fortune 50 corporate leadership, entrepreneurial ventures, and nearly two decades of ministry and nonprofit experience. His career spans aerospace, automotive, and technology sectors as well as executive leadership in large churches and Christian camps serving more than 28,500 guests annually. Along the way, he has overseen teams of up to 225 staff, $10M operating budgets, and multiple capital projects exceeding $20M.
With expertise in strategic planning, financial turnarounds, and operational leadership, Doug is passionate about aligning vision, mission, and culture to create healthy, flourishing organizations. He has applied Lean, Six Sigma, and project management disciplines in both business and ministry environments—always with a focus on people, purpose, and sustainable impact.
Doug enjoys mentoring leaders, building engaged teams, and helping organizations thrive at the intersection of strong spiritual leadership and disciplined business practices.
Our Executive Team
Warren Panico joined Bar-S in 1997 and Sigma in 2011, where currently serves as Chairman of Sigma USA. During his more than 24 years at Bar-S and Sigma, he held different executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations and Supply Chain, and VP of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Panico holds a Bachelor's Degree from San Francisco State University, and a Master's Degree in Marketing from Columbia Pacific University.
Angel currently serves as CEO of the Dream Institute, part of the number one non-profit organization in the world that addresses the human trafficking crises while also serving struggling families, addicts, the homeless and disadvantaged.
Angel Barnett has a heart for the “least of these”, building on the legacy of her husband Luke's father, Tommy Barnett.
In 2018, Angel became passionately involved in various outreach efforts to the Short Creek Community, which straddles the Utah/Arizona border. Formerly under the control of a polygamous cult, the residents of this community were left in desperate need, emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually.
Today, Angel is using that passion to serve the Short Creek Community through the Short Creek Dream Center, which provides a place of refuge from anyone fleeing an abusive and oppressive environment and offers transitional housing, recovery, community outreach, food and more. Through these efforts, Angel envisions a renewed community that is on a path to a secure and sustainable future. It is her belief that when we respond to a great cause, we will accomplish great things together. Angel also leads the Living Hope Dream Center, providing hope for mother’s pregnancy to restore and prepare the women and children for a stable future. This Dream Center provides housing, recovery, job skills, and transitional housing for these women facing crisis during their pregnancy.
